I would like to recommend Briana Brander to you as a creative and skilled designer, as well as a valuable asset to your team. My reference of her is based on 3 years of experience being her peer, colleague, and teammate at McKinsey & Company, from July 2019 until June 2022. Over the past few years, we have collaborated within our immediate team and across different teams of designers to complete numerous graphic design projects of varying complexity, utilizing thought partnership, visual communication, design expertise, and creative problem solving. A couple examples include CEO-facing Powerpoint decks with up to 200 slides, and illustrations which were used for internal firm and client documents.

Most recently we worked with the Communication department to improve the firm’s digital media library by updating image tags on two large photography collections to be more relevant and applicable to each photo. This dramatically improved the ease and speed of photo sourcing for designers and users from other departments. I know Briana to be a skilled, creative designer, someone who works well with others, and is a joy to have on the team. She is known in our design department for being an illustrator and experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, which is also evidenced by her portfolio. As an employee she exhibits a positive attitude and a diligent work ethic.
